**£350 per MONTH**. Hi! I was doing my master's at the University of Warwick but for personal reasons I have withdrawn. Therefore I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at MYAH Broad Lane CV5 7AA. It is a double room with shared facilities (bathroom and kitchen). It is about a 10 minute cycle from campus.
