Hello All, Renting 2 rooms in a 2 bed house (not your standard shared house) in the area ST4 (Hartshill road, 10min walk to Newcastle). One room is double bedroom for 450£ pcm (available to move in right now) and another one for 400£ pcm as its a bit smaller (available from the 13th May). All bills included.
