Room in Rochester

Had a roommate leave abruptly and we need this room filled ASAP. Room is part of a 3 bedroom 4 bathroom on the upper part of a house. Must be okay with cats and a dog and must get approved by the property management. We are located near Monroe good access to most of the city and near the highway for easy access for any commute, and the room has a private bathroom. Rent is 698 and in March becomes 765 due to our lease terms with our property management. Utilities and internet are shared. PM if your intrested!
