Apex sublease available as soon as this week through either May or July (flexible start/end dates); please DM me to discuss - rent negotiable in the 800's (discounted from $980); it's one bedroom/one bath in a 4BR/4BA apartment with 3 other male students, my son's headed out for coop; includes a bed/mattress/desk and basic furniture; one of the other 3 is my son's freshman roommate.
