This is a 4 bed semi that is in walking distance to both the local town and Edge Hill. The House has a garden with large decking area BBQs & entertaining in the Summer. It is a none smoking house but has a garage where smoking is allowed. The house is in a Cul-de-sac so has not got loads of cars passing by. It has a drive and option to park a car.
