Looking for someone preferably employed full-time to take over a tenancy in Beeston, NG9 - King bed, spacious room, reasonably sized shared spaces and a large garden, 1 bathroom and an upstairs toilet. Tenancy from now till July 2026, which becomes rolling. Living with 2 others, a male and a female, both fully employed.
