Pets considered - within reason! There is 1 large & friendly dog already on premises, therefore those with dog allergies or phobias would not be well suited. Ideal for students in Belfast, offered 1 year/semester at a time. All that is asked is that guests are clean, moderately quiet, and respectful of others. Smokers are OK as long as you keep it outside!
