Housemate Needed! Hey, I am trying to find a tenant to replace me in a great 5 bed 2 bath house in Jesmond. There is currently 2 boys and 1 3rd year girl moving in and we are looking for 2 people if possible. Ideal for either one person or friends as rooms are attached with jack and jill bathroom. The rent is £147.73 a week with gas and electric bills included. The tenancy starts 21st August 2026 and lasts 11 months. PM me if you are interested!
