Room in Mitcham

It is not currently looking like the pictures because the previous person re-arranged everything, things can be move to preferences. Room comes with most of the furniture that you can see in the pictures. what you see is not a TV but a Screen where you can project your videos (Netflix, prime video, YouTube, etc) Living room is shared for everyone, we are 6 living here, 2 girls and 4 males, I would like to prefer to rent the room to a female so we are 50/50 in the house. but I don't really mind as long as the person that comes to live here...
