Room in Manchester

Hey, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy between April- September. I live in the Ancoats/New islington area, 5 mins from tram stop and 15 minute walk from Piccadilly station. I pay £550 a month and our bills are very cheap due to the complex being heated by a biomass boiler and wifi is included (around £50 per month) and council tax band A. My flatmate is 24 a student, clean and social. We also have a very friendly cat. Please message if interested:)
