Hi I’m looking for two students to take over mine and my friends tenancy from 1st of July 2026 It’s a three bed flat in Fallowfield the rent is £676 per month with bills included but can be paid 3 months upfront when student loan comes in and is £400 deposit each It’s a cosy flat at the edge of fallowfield so close to MMU and UOM and Platt fields park and plenty of bus stops nearby so easy to get to uni or further into Rusholme, Fallowfield and Withington Please message me if your interested or would like any more information :)
