Me and my friend are looking for someone to move into our 3 bed townhouse in Hulme next year as someone has dropped out. Rent is £666/PCM, bills not included, holding fee has already been paid - it is just the deposit left. We are preferably looking for a female housemate who is a student - I will be in my final year at MMU, she will have just graduated this year!
