Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Didsbury from next month. The rent is £700 per month, and you’d be living with a really friendly female housemate. The house is in a great location, close to shops, transport links, and perfect for a student or young professional. Due to a change in personal circumstances, I’m sadly no longer able to move in, so I’m hoping to find someone to take my place as soon as possible.
