Looking for female university student 21+ to join our house! Located close to Birchfields Park in Longsight with MMU a 30 minute walk away. The 12 month tenancy would need to be taken over 1st July. £655 per month bills inc Quite sociable and enjoy going out once in a while:) Our housemates are graduating this year so we would love to take someone in going into their second or third/final year. We’re currently in our second year at MMU and will be going into third year 26-27!
