Im moving out so have an available room in a flat with 2 others (1 girl 1 boy both 28) you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other. I have moved out already so the rooms Available from now Rent is £633 a month paid on the 18th Regular bills are around £80pcm (for council tax Band C, wifi, washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets which we get delivered) and energy is about £40pcm depending on usage (more expensive in winter).
