Hi I’m looking for someone to takeover my room at 25 welby street, it’s in a 4 bedroom house and it has an ensuite bathroom and balcony. The location is really convenient, it’s a 20 minute walk to the uni of manchester and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to lidl.
