Room Available for January 2026 Hi, I am looking for someone to takeover my lease from January to June 2026. Rent is £670/month. I am looking for the lease to be taken over ASAP, so I am open to negotiations for the price. It is a flat in the heart of Fallowfield M146XG. It is a 1 min walk to Sainsbury’s and a 20min bus ride into town. It is shared with 3 other flat mates who are tidy and chill, all studying at uni.
