Hi, me and my partner have a spacious double room to rent with en suite bathroom in Larkfield, New Hythe. 2 minutes walk from New Hythe train station, 10 minutes walk from Tesco supermarket, 5min walk to the lakes. The room will be available from April onwards. Must be ok with cats as we have two at home but they will not have access to your room. Room will be £700pm, first month paid in advance, no deposit.
