Heyyy soo I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from March, then to take over the tenancy from July when it renews. So the room is in Hanwell, a 5-10 minute walk from Hanwell station (Elizabeth Line) which gets you to Bond Street in 20 mins. Rent is £700 a month, bills are usually £100-£150 per person. Rent is likely to go up in July when the tenancy renews but last time it went from £666 to £700 so it shouldn’t be anything too crazy once the tenancy renews in July it would be a £1000 deposit Living with two girls.
