Room in London

This room will be available in late March/Early April! I am moving out to look for a place with some good friends of mine, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The contract ends September 6th, 2026, but there may be an opportunity to renew the contract with the agency and other housemates. Rent is £700 per month (bills not included).
