£850 ALL BILLS (and weekly cleaner) INCLUDED IN SW LONDON. My landlord is looking to fill the 4th room in our house. We all get on really well, very easy-going. Our landlord pays for a weekly cleaner for all communal areas but we all keep the areas clean throughout the week. We're all quite friendly, aged 27-33 (I think). Excellent landlady, she wants to make sure the house is looked after, for example when the washing machine broke, she replaced it within 36 hrs.
