Double Room in Peckham/Camberwell - £750 p/m not including bills. Unfurnished, would need to buy a bed as the person leaving is taking it with her. So our flatmate is unfortunately moving out as she is buying her own place! The house lovely and the rent is an absolute steal. It was done up by a couple for them to live in, but they never ended up moving in so it has a very homely feel to it and doesn't feel like a rental whatsoever.
