No students or WFH due to other tenants being shift workers. 2 minute walk from Streatham Hill station. 15 minute walk to Balham Station. 5 minute bus journey to Brixton station. Rent is £731.25 per month + bills (£120). Living with two girls and a guy, all 25 years old from Australia and Ireland.
