My partner is looking for a tenant for his lovely room in Brixton Hill, near Brockwell Park, from the beginning of January 2026. The rent is £855 a month (total with bills ~£1000). The room has lots of storage, and a big window with views of the garden and the Shard on a clear day! The house is also only 10 minutes from Brockwell Park, 10 minutes from Brixton tube with the bus, and is super spacious, with a garden, living room, storage rooms and a big kitchen.
