Hi myself and my friend Sarah are moving into this lovely three bed flat in Clapton, later this month & are looking for someone to fill the third room in it. The flat is located on the lower Clapton Road, surrounded by lots of lovely pubs and restaurants & 13 mins walk away from Hackney downs station. Hackney council tax band C. The room is £800 per month excluding bills. It’s cosy but has enough space for a desk & has built in wardrobe storage.
