Hi everyone, We're 2 women and 3 non-binary people looking for a housemate to join our lovely 6 bedroom house on Danube Street! It's in a perfect locations right between the city centre and Sefton park, nearby the big Asda, Aldi, and the local supermarkets! We have one room available for 350 per month, from the beginning of January. Wifi included but council tax and bills are not. Combined bills are usually 50 each. You can terminate your membership at your convenience. Your fixed payments will then end immediately, and you can of course use the remaining time of your PlusPackage you have paid for.Your user account and the associated services are strictly personal. By your payment, you accept that Spotrental may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or via mobilepay As your subscription starts immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase.
