tenancy takeover needed !! Kensington, Liverpool £563pm Jan-July The house is 4 boys and 2 girls including myself, all in 3rd year at LJMU. The house is a 20 minute walk from both campus’, 10 minutes on the bus. The room up for rent is one of two in the loft, you have your own bathroom and have to share a kitchen/living area but everyone is super friendly and clean! Immediate move in!
