Room in Liverpool

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Cambridge Court (Unite Students). The flat is located 5 minutes walk from UoL and less than a 20 minute walk to Liverpool lime street station. Payments are covered until the 23rd of January and after are £144 per week. Tenancy agreement ends on the 10th of July. 2 male, 2 female flatmates already live there that are all extremely lovely.
