Looking for somebody to take over my tenancy from September 1st 2026 for an en-suite room in LN1 You will be sharing with two other male housemates who are both lovely and considerate. £650 a month, all bills inclusive, including council tax. £200 deposit, includes shared access to garden, kitchen and living room.
