Room in Leeds

Hi, I'm letting out a double room in my 2 bed characterful terrace on Swillington Common (near Garforth). I'm ideally looking for someone vegan/veggie (like me!). I'm currently studying, as well as working part time, so could offer a £100 discount to students as I would keep my council tax exemption. Otherwise it's £600/month all bills included. Thanks!
