En-suite Room in a Build-to-Rent Luxury Apartment Hi! I'm currently considering a modern, luxury build-to-rent 3-bed apartment in EH3. There's already myself and one other woman — we'll be sharing a bathroom between our two rooms, and we're looking for a third person to take the en-suite room. Rent would be around £1,300. We're open to a 2-month arrangement if needed — you could try it for a month and decide with a month's notice — we're just hoping to get through this difficult festival period.
