Room in Edinburgh

Hello everyone, My flatmates are moving out at the end of June and so myself and my friend are looking two people to take over their rooms. It is a cosy but good sized 4 bed in Newington with a shared lounge and is in a lovely building with really friendly neighbours. The rent ranges per room between £660 to £710 with utilities being around £30/40 a month.
