Double room available in Marchmont I’m looking for someone to take over our flat mates room from the 1st of March. Double room in a 4 bed flat, private garden in need of a green thumb Marchmont Crescent - eccentric house with a pet cat 10 minutes walk from tollcross, Newington, 5 minutes walk from the meadows. £470/month plus utilities (approx £60-80/month inc.
