Room available in a 3 bed flat. I’m moving out at the end of the month and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy ends at the end of April, you will be sharing with two other people and a cat. Rent is £650pm including bills. You will have access to a private garden and there is private parking outside the flat.
