Room in Edinburgh

This is my 3 bed flat in Shandon which I also live in. It has two rooms available for lodgers - one is available for the start of January at £900 including bills. In the photos it’s the blue/grey room. The other room is let to a teaching student who is 25. I am an English teacher. I have two young spaniels who are very relaxed and friendly but you do need to like dogs to come and stay! The flat is newly decorated and very clean.
