Hi everyone, I am subletting my large double room with own balcony in Shoreditch. Great location the flat faces brick lane, but it's on the quieter end of it. You would be sharing with 3 other girls, all young professionals. It's a split level flat, the room you would look it is technically a living room so there is only the kitchen and bathroom that's shared. The rent is 910 + around 80 bills.
