£940 pcm + some bills. Large double room for rent for 6-12 months from Sept 1st in ground floor shared flat in Leyton. Large bay window with lots of light, double bed with new mattress and clothes rail. Flat is newly renovated with bathroom, kitchen, living area and patio. 5min walk to Leyton middland rd station. 15 min walk to walthamstow station. Sharing with me. I work in exhibition design and spend most of my time out with friends.
