Room in Durham

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my house for this year. The address is in Bowburn and the rent is set at only £477 a month. Moving in, your tenancy will be with two girls and it is available for any year you may be studying in university. The property includes 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedroom available is located on the ground floor and has access to the back garden. If you would like to move in, immediately is preferable. Reply in comments if interested .
