Hello! I am still looking for somebody to take over my portion of the lease for a 2bed/2bath apartment at Chandler at University Tower. My half of the rent is $746 with fees and utilities coming out to around $50 per month. The apartment is available now, with the lease ending May 4th, 2026 and potential to renew.
