Room in Durham

Hi everyone! My housemate and I are looking for a third PhD student to rent a house in Gilesgate for the next academic year. The tenancy runs from **1 August until 30 June 2026**. The rent is £500 per month, excluding bills. It is a private property, and the landlord does not require a guarantor (although a letter of recommendation from previous tenancies is desirable).
