Hello! I’m looking for a female working professional roommate to move in sometime at the end of January. I live in the Southpoint Crossing apartment complex, which is around a 20min drive to duke hospital, 20min drive to UNC, 5min drive to the southpoint mall, and within walking distance to nearby shopping centers. Rent is around $800 not including utilities, and the space is a 2b2b so you’d have your own bathroom. Street parking is also available.
