Room in Durham

Hi, we’re looking for someone to replace my housemates tenancy for January 2026 (01/01/2026-30/06/2026). 4-bed house in Gilesgate right next to the Sainsbury’s (DH1 2JR). Approximately 30 minute walk to science site and 20 minutes to city centre with bus stop 1 minute from the house. Rent is £85 pppw including water bill. We have usual appliances + grill and dryer. The garden is massive and the landlord is really on top of garden maintenance + general maintenance that we’ve needed. Any queries feel free to reach out!
