Urgent, can do viewings tonight We're looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely Tooting Bec/Balham house as one of our flatmates is moving out (aww!). End of Feb/start of March move-in date . The house is a 5-minute walk to Tooting Bec Tube (Northern line) or a 10-minute walk to Balham station and high street.
