Room in Clapham

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a quiet area of stockwell. Rent is super cheap and affordable! This isn't a party house, but we do enjoy some social drinks and good times when necessary. Currently 4 other kiwis who are all young professionals that work full time. -Located in Stockwell (7min walk from the underground) -4 bedrooms, currently (1 couple) (2 singles) ages 30-31 -Rent £650 -Bond £750 (Total move in cost £1500) -Move in date is 27th February 2026 but can be flexible to accommodate.
