Hey everyone, I'm moving out of my double room in Clapham north which I've lived in for 2 years and need someone to take the room and move in with my flatmate Callum. This isn't a tenancy takeover and a new lease will be entered into. 15 min walk to Clapham north and Brixton stations and plenty of bus routes that take you almost anywhere. Rent £1000pcm.
