Room in Cambridge

I will be leaving my room at the end of April, so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The room will be available from May onwards, with the possibility to move in from mid-April. The minimum stay is 6 months. The house is located in the CB4 area (Orchard Park) and is shared with a live-in landlord.
