Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my house as I am moving home to save to go travelling. The house is on Gloucester Road in a sick location. Housemates are so nice, mix of professionals and students, male and female. Rent is 650 per month with bills coming to around 50 each (+35 council tax each). Massive garden and kitchen/living room. Currently there's myself, 4 other guys and 2 girls. Our landlord has recently had the whole place refurbed and is always on it with repairs/ maintenance... Looking for male/female ages 18...

Termination
You can terminate your membership at your convenience. Your fixed payments will then end immediately, and you can of course use the remaining time of your PlusPackage you have paid for.Your user account and the associated services are strictly personal. By your payment, you accept that Spotrental may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or via mobilepay As your subscription starts immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase. For technical reasons, you can not cancel your subscription for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription at any time.Prices
