- – - ( !!!) I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a modern studio as soon as possible, on a short-term basis until 5th September. There is also the option to stay on for an extra year if that is of interest. The room is spacious, located on the first floor, and comes with its own en-suite. The flat has a very modern feel and is ideal for a student. Rent is £935 per month, including bills.
