Hello there, we are a group of 3 people (one couple and a friend of us) and we are looking for one girl to rent one room in our house. It's a double furnished room. The house is located in Filton, close to bus stop and shops, 4 bedroom house with garden. We are looking for a clean, respectful girl who is willing to maintain the order in the house and pay bills and rent on time. (We rent property as whole). No party people.
