Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 5-bedroom shared house in BN1, Coldean from the end of April until the end of the tenancy on 16 August. The rent is £563 per month, and bills are usually around £86–£91 per month. The location is convenient and would be ideal for Brighton or Sussex University students.
